Tour Rules

  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details are subject to change before departure; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the travel dates. Passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging and accepting the risk of schedule changes.
  • Allowed: Optional tours require a minimum of 15 participants. If fewer than 15 join, tour prices may vary or the tour may be conducted using the metro.
  • Allowed: When the program states only the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or offers optional choices for the same destination, your tour operator will notify you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than specified kilometers. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO reserves the right to change the tour itinerary, provided the content remains the same, whenever deemed necessary.
  • Allowed: For T.C. citizens, a visa application is required. For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip must be submitted with the required documents to our agency. Although the necessary documents are delivered to the consulate during visa application, the consulate may refuse the visa with or without stating a reason, or it may give a visa start date after the departure date. Paid visa service fees are non-refundable. Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements and only need a passport valid for at least 6 months from the trip end date. Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport police have the authority to deny entry. TURLAGO is not responsible for such cases; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Allowed: Our guests who will travel with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted in the destination country and/or may not be allowed to board the flight by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Allowed: Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements; only a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is required.
  • Allowed: Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport police have the authority to deny entry. TURLAGO is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Allowed: -To avoid problems with customs police at the destination country's border due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if the country requires visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Allowed: -Since passengers under 18 traveling alone or with one of the parents may be asked by customs officers for a document showing the joint consent of both parents at border crossings, we recommend that minors and their parents be diligent on this matter.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours up to 2-3 hours for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entry fees. TURLAGO is not responsible if these panoramic tours or other tours scheduled in the itinerary cannot be held due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot at points with closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions, within possibilities.
  • Allowed: The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 for each hotel category. If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour will be cancelled and communicated to the consumer 21 days in advance.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out or coach beds, the third participant and/or child reservation is deemed to accept any space constraints and bed type. Child discounts apply for one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: The timings of optional tours within the day may vary according to the opening, closing, and reservation times of the visited places, provided the content remains unchanged.
