What a tour price includes (for example transport, guiding, entrance fees) varies from tour to tour and is detailed on the tour's page. After choosing a tour, you enter your date and traveller details and complete the booking online. Depending on the listing, either the full amount is charged at the time of booking or a deposit at the stated rate is taken; for deposit-based tours you can pay the balance by cash, bank transfer or bank/credit card. Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure, and you can view prices in TRY, USD or EUR.

Cancellation and refund terms are set individually for each tour and are clearly stated in the conditions section of the tour's page; many tours allow free cancellation and a refund up to a stated number of days beforehand. Since the exact cancellation window and refund rate vary by tour, it's important to review your chosen tour's conditions before booking.

Some tours offer instant confirmation and are marked with an "Instant Approval" badge in the listing; you can filter to show only instantly confirmed tours. For tours without instant confirmation, your booking is finalised once the provider approves it.
