1. Day 1
   After our morning breakfast, we offer our guests a pleasant free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Kremlin Tour (50 Euro). • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change prior to departure, and all timings must be confirmed 48 hours before the travel date. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting the risk of schedule changes.
• Allowed: Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation falls below 15, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro.
• Allowed: If only category information is provided without a specific hotel name and/or options exist for the same destination in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the stated mileage. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: TURLAGO reserves the right to change the tour route, provided the content remains the same, if deemed necessary.
• Allowed: There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. To apply for a visa, you must apply to our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date, along with the specified documents. Even if the required documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to refuse the visa with or without stating a reason, or to grant a visa with a start date after the tour departure date. No refund will be given for the visa service fee after the application has been made. There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the journey end date is sufficient. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. TURLAGO is not responsible in such cases; responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Allowed: Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if its issuance date is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or may not be allowed to board the flight by the airline in Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Allowed: There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date is sufficient.
• Allowed: Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. TURLAGO is not responsible in such cases; responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Allowed: To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Allowed: Since guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the border to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay close attention to this issue.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. Except for panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, TURLAGO is not responsible if the tour cannot be conducted due to closed roads resulting from local authorities not allowing visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, or due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, if possible.
• Allowed: The minimum number of participants for each hotel category in this package tour is 40 persons. If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability and the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, the third participant and/or child reservations are deemed to accept potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child (meeting age criteria) staying with two adults.
