Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 2 nights and 3 days including departure and return day, with 1 night hotel accommodation. The journey lasts 1 night.
• Not Allowed: Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc., rights are non-refundable.
• Allowed: Child discounts in tour packages are applicable for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: For hotel accommodations, in triple rooms, the third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities. In case of high demand in the region or hotels, changes may be made in alternate hotels provided that the standards remain the same. Hotel names will be announced upon request 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in hotels where we stay are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
• Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure such as congestion or renovations, provided that location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The guide may change the program schedule (the order of sightseeing points within the day or between days) if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, crowd at visit sites, etc.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for places not visited as per the program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowd at visit sites, etc.) or if guests fail to adhere to the guide's timing during the tour. In such cases, guests have no right to claim.
• Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied for all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the departure date approaches, tour prices may increase gradually. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price cannot be locked without a down payment.
• Not Allowed: No guarantee or promise can be given for seat numbers during reservation. There is no guarantee of notes entered in the reservation. No specific seat selection such as front or back is available.
• Allowed: Seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the Operations Department based on reservation order. Refund is not possible in case of objections to seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours, like night tours included in the program, are held depending on the number of people and current personnel conditions. Extra tours on the route will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate are considered to have accepted waiting at the break point.
• Not Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests have no right to claim. The company has no responsibility in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, the date of the tour departure is considered, not the date of purchase. The price at the time of the tour is valid. The guest accepts this when purchasing.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests on transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and all services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by guests.
• Allowed: If minor children under 18 (not considered legal adults) do not travel with one or both parents, a consent form necessary for participation must be kept by the individuals during the trip.
• Allowed: Our guests joining the tour must carry reports related to health conditions, pregnancy, and medications they are continuously using.
• Allowed: Delays may occur at specified departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Not Allowed: Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate; Turlago is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Allowed: At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the pick-up stops. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point with the vehicle staff.
• Not Allowed: In accordance with traffic regulations, all guests on the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Turlago is not responsible.
• Allowed: The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guest at rest stops and other locations.
• Allowed: Since the tour starts on the first day without hotel check-in, please prepare your necessary items separately and keep them with you.
• Allowed: Due to the intensive schedule during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs or currency exchange offices; therefore, it is beneficial to come prepared.
• Allowed: The planned itinerary may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunch menus are created with local and economical options. For lunch and dinner, tables are arranged in groups depending on regional density.
• Allowed: The start and end routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the final start and end points by contacting us 2 days before the tour, if desired.
• Not Allowed: If the tour does not reach the minimum required number of participants, the agency will inform the guest and the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled upon guest's request. Alternatively, the guest may be ticketed to the nearest departure point to join the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to notify the guest at least three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. No right to claim compensation arises in such case.
• Allowed: Cancellation and modifications made up to 30 days before the service start date for any reason will be fully refunded. Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction of the reservation fee; cancellations between 15-7 days will incur a 50% deduction; cancellations within 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction.
