Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 2 nights 3 days including departure and return day, with 1 night hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• Not Allowed: In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc., rights cannot be refunded.
• Allowed: Child discounts on tour packages apply to one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with a separate bed during hotel stays.
• Allowed: In triple rooms during hotel stays, our third guest generally stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are the operator's primary accommodation facilities. Depending on availability in the region and hotels, changes may be made provided hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
• Allowed: Our rest stops may change due to force majeure (e.g., crowd, renovations), provided that location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The tour guide may change the program timing (order of visits within a day or between days) if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, or crowding at visited sites.
• Not Allowed: Malitur is not responsible for places that were on the itinerary but could not be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding, etc.) or guests not adhering to the guide's timing. In such cases, guests have no right to claim compensation.
• Allowed: A tiered pricing system applies to all our tours. Tour prices may increase gradually as the number of bookings rises and the departure date approaches. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Price lock is not possible without an upfront payment.
• Not Allowed: No specific seat number promise or guarantee can be given at the time of booking. Notes entered during reservation are not guaranteed. Special seat selection (e.g., front or back) is not available.
• Allowed: Seating arrangement inside the vehicle is determined by the Operations Unit based on reservation order. Refunds are not possible in case of disputes over seat allocation. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, are subject to the number of participants and staff availability. Extra tours along the route will proceed even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining extra tours will be directed by the guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the stop by joining the tour.
• Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests have no right to claim compensation. Turlago is not responsible in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such cases, the price valid on the tour departure date applies, not the purchase date. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts this.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim compensation for material damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: If minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, a notarized parental consent letter must be carried during the tour.
• Allowed: Guests participating in the tour must carry medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and any medications they are regularly using.
• Allowed: Delays may occur at designated departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Not Allowed: Arrival times at the end of the tour are estimates. Turlago is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Not Allowed: Guests will be dropped off at the stop opposite to where they were picked up. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point.
• Not Allowed: According to traffic laws, all guests are required to wear seat belts during the entire trip. Turlago is not responsible in case of non-compliance.
• Allowed: Guests are responsible for all personal belongings inside the vehicle, including during stops.
• Allowed: As the tour starts before hotel check-in on the first day, please prepare your necessary items separately.
• Allowed: Due to the busy schedule during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs or exchange offices, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Long distances may be traveled during the programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunches consist of economical, local menus. Depending on regional density, guests may be seated at separate tables for lunch and dinner.
• Allowed: The start and end routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. If desired, guests can learn the finalized route start and end by contacting us 2 days prior.
• Allowed: If the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency will inform the guest, and the tour may be postponed or cancelled at the guest's request. Alternatively, the guest may be ticketed to the nearest departure point. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest via call, SMS, or email three (3) days in advance. No claims for compensation shall arise in such a situation.
• Allowed: Cancellations and modifications made by the guest without stating a reason up to 30 days before the service start date are refunded in full. For cancellations and modifications made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee is charged; between 15 and 7 days, 50% is charged; and for cancellations and modifications made 7 days or less before the tour date, 100% of the reservation fee is charged.
