Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration, including departure and return day, is 4 Nights 5 Days, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is for the journey.
• Allowed: In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and environmental excursions are a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, environmental excursions, etc., rights cannot be refunded.
• Allowed: Child discounts applied in tour packages are for a single child accompanying 2 adults. In 0-6 year old children, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In hotel accommodations, our 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are Turlago's priority accommodation facilities. The region and hotels to be accommodated may be subject to change based on density, provided that hotel standards remain the same. If requested 48 hours before departure, hotel names may be communicated based on availability.
• Allowed: Rooms in the hotels to be stayed are determined by the hotel. It is not possible to choose between rooms.
• Allowed: Our break stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as crowding, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The timing of the program (the order of visited points during the day or between days) may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visited sites, etc.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any places not visited as stated in the tour program due to force majeure reasons (weather, road, crowding at visited sites, etc.) or if guests fail to comply with the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim a refund.
• Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied on all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the departure date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, a price lock cannot be made without a prepayment.
• Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered into the reservation have no guarantee. Specific seat selection such as frontmost or backmost is not made.
• Allowed: The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by Turlago Operations taking into account the reservation order. In case of objections about seat placement, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standards.
• Allowed: Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, take place depending on the number of participants and the conditions of current staff. Extra tours conducted on the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the stop.
• Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to any claim. Turlago has no responsibility in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary depending on the season. In such a case, the date considered is the departure date of the tour, not the purchase date. The extra tour price valid during the tour period applies. The guest purchases the tour by accepting this.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any financial damages caused by the guest in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: For children under 18 who are not considered adults and who are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the required parental consent document during travel.
• Allowed: Our guests joining the tour must carry with them reports regarding health problems, pregnancy status, or medications they use regularly.
• Allowed: Delays due to traffic, accidents, etc. may occur at the designated pick-up times.
• Allowed: Estimated arrival times at tour end are approximate; Turlago is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Allowed: At tour end, our guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the pick-up stops. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location.
• Allowed: In accordance with traffic laws, all guests must wear seat belts during the journey; Turlago is not responsible otherwise.
• Allowed: Guests are responsible for all personal belongings on the vehicle, including during breaks.
• Allowed: As the tour starts on the first day without checking into the hotel, please prepare your essentials separately.
• Allowed: Due to the busy program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs or currency exchange offices, so please come prepared.
• Allowed: Long distances may be covered within the itineraries. The tour guide will provide necessary information on the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunch menus are economical and local. Tables are grouped according to regional density for lunch and dinner.
• Allowed: Start and end points of our tours are determined by regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed route up to 2 days before by contacting us.
• Allowed: If the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, guests will be informed and the tour may be postponed or canceled at guest's request, or guests may be directed to the nearest departure point. The agency must notify guests via call, SMS, or email three (3) days in advance. No claim rights arise for guests in such a case.
• Allowed: Cancellations or changes made 30 days before service start without reason are fully refunded. Cancellations/ changes between 29-15 days incur 30% fee; 15-7 days incur 50%; 7 days or less incur 100% fee.
