Tour Rules
- Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
- Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. For guests who do not join these tours, transfer service between the hotel and city center is not provided. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests participating in the extra tours, and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
- Allowed: In cases where the program specifies only category information without naming the hotel(s) and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. As the extra beds are folding or coach beds, the tour participant accepts any crowding or bed type issues that may arise in third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area designated for the group.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction to the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be conducted due to closures or roadblocks by local authorities, events, or weather conditions on the scheduled day and time. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited.
- Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you will learn your hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to join the scheduled tours as per the program without disruption, and to pay the amount previously notified in the program separately to the tour officer during the trip for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and audio systems if applicable. The participant acknowledges receiving full and complete information on this matter.
- Allowed: No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest for tours with Promotion and Early Booking campaigns.
- Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, delays may occur, and departure times may change prior to the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
