Daily Tour Program

  1. Day 1
    After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join our optional Gobustan & Heydar Aliyev Museum tour (70 Euro). Located 70 km south of Baku, Gobustan is the richest region of Azerbaijan in archaeological artifacts and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gobustan, situated near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan road, is also known as an open-air museum. Its carved rocks and painted stones

    After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join our guide's optional Absheron Peninsula tour (50 Euro). Among the main places we will visit on the Absheron Peninsula is the Ateshgah Architectural Complex, one of the three Zoroastrian temples in the world. This fascinating structure, with its eternal flame that has been burning for centuries, is a significant pilgrimage site for Z

Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. A canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you via your travel agency.
  • Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are arranged on a participation basis. Transfers between the hotel and city center are not provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since transfer vehicle capacity is planned only based on the number of guests participating in extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only the category information without specifying the hotel name and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to your travel agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your travel agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are of the foldaway and coach bed types, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to accept possible crowding and the bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with two adults (within the age group).
  • Allowed: The breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served with a limited menu generally called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction and consist of 2-3 hour bus tours accompanied by guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours, may be cancelled if local authorities prohibit visits or entry due to events, closed roads, or weather conditions making the tour impossible; TURLAGO is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or walking at points with closed roads or vehicle restrictions.
  • Allowed: You can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the departure only if the hotel category is provided and/or alternative options exist for the same destination.
  • Allowed: The participant accepts in advance to join the scheduled tours without disrupting the program and to pay the previously stated amount for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems (if any) separately to the tour official during the trip. The participant is fully and completely informed about this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests for promotional and early booking campaign tours.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between airline and passenger and is subject to the Lahey Protocol dated 28/09/1955. Scheduled and chartered flights may face delay risks or schedule changes before the trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to report such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowingly and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and services fees.
