Daily Tour Program

  1. Day 1
    We arrive in Dubai in the early hours of the new day, then depart for Bali with a connecting Emirates Airlines flight. We spend the night on the plane. Arrival in Bali at local time. After completing passport and customs procedures, we are greeted by our guide at the airport and transferred to our hotel in Ubud. Free time to rest after settling into rooms. Overnight at our hotel.

    After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can join the optional “Sacred Monkey Forest and Temples Tour” with lunch (95 USD per person). Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 21 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Extra beds are pull-out or coach-style beds; therefore, by booking, the third traveler and/or child acknowledges and accepts potential room congestion and bed type. Child discounts apply only for one eligible child staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated to the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, designed for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to restrictions from local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is given and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant hereby agrees to join the scheduled tours as per the itinerary without disrupting the program and to pay the amount notified in advance for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system headsets, if any, separately to the tour representative during the travel. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
  • Allowed: Promotions and early booking campaigns tours cannot be canceled or changed by the guest.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or timings may change before the trip or flight. TURLAGO is obligated to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
