Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries on the tour itinerary, having Euros is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking or sports shoes are recommended during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily; fixed seats or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the guide.
  • Allowed: To bring goods (e.g., alcohol, cigarettes) into Turkey from abroad, at least 1 night accommodation is required.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, duty-free shopping limits: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter (over 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters (under 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.

  • Allowed: The Travel Protection Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage and cannot be added later. It provides the guest with the unconditional right to cancel without penalty up to 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation protection package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports from official authorities in Turkey, workplace permits, etc., submitted with a participant's cancellation request, are not accepted for cancellations of hotel accommodations and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancelled tours due to insufficient participation will be notified by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying the hotel name and/or offers alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability and the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and of the 'coach bed' type, the third participant and/or child reservations are deemed to accept potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child (corresponding to the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the country's breakfast culture and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast. They may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction and last a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. If panoramic tours (including other specified tours) cannot be conducted due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to events, or impossible weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
  • Allowed: Delays at customs gates during road travel may exceed standard waiting times. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local tour service provider TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are considered to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in tours by plane are personal responsibilities. Prior to the flight, guests must complete these procedures at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for participation in the tour, who fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding but do not board the aircraft, resulting in their failure to take the flight. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets necessary for the participation of those who miss the flight, as well as transfers in the destination region, shall be borne by themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change prior to the existing trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip by accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport services fees.
  • Allowed: The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. The vehicle types below are assigned based on the number of people on each tour.
