  • Allowed: All participating guests must hold a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
  • Allowed: For shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour, having Euros is sufficient. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Throughout the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: During our weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: To bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey, a minimum stay of at least 1 day is required.

  • Allowed: In the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary based on weather and road conditions, provided that all mentioned places are visited.
  • Allowed: The Travel Protection Package can only be added at the time of purchasing the tour. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with the right to cancel unconditionally without penalty up to 7 days before the travel date. It is non-refundable if unused. If the cancellation protection package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If there are fewer than 30 days to the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from official authorities in Turkey, workplace permits, etc., submitted with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels or services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by TURLAGO 2 days before the departure of the trip.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made of folding and rollout (coach bed) types, the tour participant declares acceptance of potential crowding in rooms and the bed type for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child (within the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: The breakfasts included in the tour program and provided at hotels are offered in compliance with the breakfast culture of the respective country, generally as continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. TURLAGO is not responsible if such tours cannot be realized due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry at the scheduled day and time, closed roads due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
  • Allowed: Waiting times at customs gates during road travel may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are organized by the local TURLAGO service provider with a minimum participation of 20 people. Insufficient number may result in cancellation or changes in extra tour prices, content, and vehicle type according to participant count. Additionally, tour days and hours may be changed by the guide depending on museum/site opening/closing times and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours during the trip are deemed to accept waiting at a convenient rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: For participants of tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for any flight failure of individuals who are not present at the specified airport times announced by TURLAGO for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft despite timely procedures. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region required for participation of those who miss the flight shall be borne by themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled or charter flights may have delay risks or schedule changes before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and handling fees.
