  • Allowed: Participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa throughout the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa.)
  • Allowed: To shop and spend in all countries included in the tour program, carrying Euros is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, daily rotation (seat change) is applied for seat planning; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the guide.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, an overnight stay of at least 1 day is required to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

If the cancellation guarantee package is not purchased, guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. For cancellations within 30 days, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies.   • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of tour cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify you.
  • Allowed: If the tour program specifies only category information without naming the hotel(s) and/or presents options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the stated distance. In such cases, TURLAGO will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the fold-out or coach bed type, the third participant and/or child reservation is deemed to accept any congestion and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying in the same room as two adults, within the applicable age group.
  • Allowed: Included breakfasts at hotels are served per the local breakfast culture, typically a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a designated separate hall for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are generally designed for city overviews, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum or site entrance fees, lasting 2-3 hours maximum. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours, may be affected if local authorities restrict visits or access on the tour day and time, or roads are closed due to events, or weather makes the tour impossible. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours in these cases. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport when possible on closed roads or areas with vehicle restrictions.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at land border crossings may exceed standard durations; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local TURLAGO provider with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on museum/ruin opening hours and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are deemed to accept waiting at a convenient rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for air-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities, and guests must complete them at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the designated time for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but fail to board the aircraft, resulting in missing their flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for those who miss the flight to join the tour will be borne by themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28 September 1955. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, and times may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport tax and airport service fees.
