  • Allowed: Our guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: During the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient for shopping and expenses in all included countries. For countries using local currency, your guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. Bringing a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings is advisable.
  • Allowed: On our weekly tours, daily seat rotation is applied; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the guide.
  • Allowed: There is a minimum 1-night accommodation requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey.

  • Allowed: The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, no-penalty cancellation right until 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have a free cancellation right until 30 days before the tour. For cancellations made within less than 30 days, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty. Documents submitted with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports from authorized institutions in Turkey, workplace permission documents, etc., are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program only specifies the category without naming the hotel and/or provides options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are either folding or coach beds, the third participant and/or child reservation is deemed to accept possible congestion and the bed type. Child discounts apply only for one child (of the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Among the services included in the tour program, breakfast at the hotel is served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consists of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining room allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and consist of panoramic sightseeing from the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours, including other tours specified in the program, if on the day and time scheduled, access is not allowed by local authorities due to closures or road closures for any event or if it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where accessible.
  • Allowed: During the journey, waiting times at customs gates crossed via highway may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are organized by our local service provider TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours cannot be held, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and hours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ancient sites to be visited, and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable resting facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the resting facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures required for participants of tours with flights are personal procedures and must be done by the guest prior to the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline companies' websites.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary for these passengers to join the tour are their own responsibility.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to risk of delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
