Tour Rules

• Not Allowed: Our guests must have a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa for the entire tour duration. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
• Not Allowed: For shopping and expenses in all countries during the tour, having Euros is sufficient. The guide will assist with currency exchange where local currency is used.
• Not Allowed: Comfortable walking or sports shoes are recommended throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or extra clothing for the night.

• Not Allowed: Travel Assurance Package can only be added at the time of tour purchase. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, no-deduction cancellation right up to 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have free cancellation rights up to 30 days before the tour date. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission certificates from official authorities in Turkey submitted by the participant with a cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotel accommodations and services to be received outside of Turkey.
• Not Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify you.
• Not Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names, and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the departure of the trip.
• Not Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one additional bed. Additional beds are made up of folding and coach beds, so the tour participant, third person, and/or child reservations are deemed to accept the possible tightness in the room and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child (of the eligible age group) staying with two adults.
• Not Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than specified. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Not Allowed: In the tour program, the included hotel breakfasts are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country and are usually offered as a limited menu consisting of continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) and may be served in a separate dining room allocated for groups.
• Not Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary for general city introduction, and do not include museum or archaeological site entry fees. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the itinerary, may not be conducted if authorities do not allow visitation or entry on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Additionally, if weather conditions make the tour impossible, TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where feasible, in cases of closed roads or vehicle access restrictions.
• Not Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates along road routes may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences resulting from these waiting periods.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not be held, and extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on participant count. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on museum and archaeological site opening hours and weather conditions.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are optional for participants. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours during the trip are considered to accept waiting at a suitable rest facility en route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Not Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for air-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the respective airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website prior to departure.
• Not Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability of passengers to fly if they are not present at the designated airport at the times specified by TURLAGO, do not check in and board on time, or check in but fail to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination region required for these passengers to join the tour shall be borne by them.
• Not Allowed: Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows: Bus types used: Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna (for groups of 25–46). Midibuses: Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega (for groups of 17–24). Minibuses: VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter (for groups up to 16).
• Not Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Schedule and charter flights may be subject to delay risk, or timings may change before the planned trip and flight. TURLAGO is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
• Not Allowed: All guests are deemed to have completed the tour purchase by accepting the terms stated above.
