Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: In order to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) practice is implemented for daily seat planning; fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement of at least 1 day of accommodation to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, the duty-free shopping limits are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol (excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol (including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skin care products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
  • Allowed: In the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
  • Allowed: The Travel Guarantee Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage and cannot be added later. It grants the guest the right to cancel unconditionally and without a penalty up to 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation guarantee package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. In the event of cancellation, documents such as hospital reports or work permits obtained from official authorities in Türkiye are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels or services outside Türkiye.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify you.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name and/or when optional hotels are available for the same destination, TURLAGO will inform you of the hotel(s) 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at greater distances than specified. In such cases, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or rollaway beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to accept potential room crowding and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the specified age group) staying together with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are provided according to the breakfast culture of the host country, typically featuring a limited continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dedicated hall for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours conducted by guide commentary inside the vehicle for general city orientation, without museum or archaeological site entrance. These panoramic tours, as well as other scheduled tours, may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible due to restricted access or road closures. TURLAGO is not responsible if tours cannot take place due to restrictions by local authorities, events, road closures, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Allowed: During travel by road, waiting times at customs gates may exceed standard durations. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are organized by our local service provider, TURLAGO, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there is insufficient participation, the tours cannot be held, or the prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are at the participant's discretion and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop en route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour concludes.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures required for participants in flight-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities. These procedures must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport before the flight, or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets necessary for such individuals to rejoin the tour, as well as transfer costs in the destination area, shall be borne by them.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the existing tour or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour by accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
  • Allowed: The types of vehicles used on our tours are classified as follows according to the number of persons. The vehicle types listed below are determined based on the number of participants in each tour.
