Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   Arrival in Bansko in the early morning. The slopes, starting at 2600 meters and totaling 72 km in length with easy, intermediate, and difficult levels, await you. These slopes hosted the Winter Olympics and are where World Champion Alberto Tomba skied, known as the Tomba run. Overnight stay at a hotel in Bansko.
2. Day 2
   After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy skiing on Bansko's slopes all day. Guests who wish can explore the historical and natural beauties of Bansko town instead of skiing. Overnight at the hotel. Interested guests can join an optional one-day Sofia tour (60 EUR). 3. Day 3
   After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy skiing on Bansko's slopes all day. Guests who wish can explore the historical and natural beauties of Bansko town instead of skiing. Overnight at the hotel.

Tour Rules

• Allowed: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the tour end date is mandatory for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn passports.
• Allowed: For children under 18 who are not considered adults and are not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, a parental consent document from the mother and/or father is required. It is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during the trip.
• Allowed: Guests who book the tour can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If cancelled between 30-15 days before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to departure, the full tour fee is forfeited and no refund is given. Documents such as hospital reports from Turkish authorities or work permits submitted with a cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancelling hotel bookings and services abroad.
• Allowed: During the tour, having Euros is sufficient for shopping and expenses in all countries on the itinerary. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
• Allowed: We recommend comfortable walking shoes or sneakers throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a light jacket or similar clothing for the evenings.
• Allowed: Daily rotation of seats (seat changes) is implemented on our tours; fixed or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat rotations are organized by the tour guide.
• Allowed: A minimum stay of 3 days abroad is required to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.

• Allowed: Tour guides may modify the itinerary as needed, weather and road conditions permitting, provided that all places mentioned in the program are visited.
• Allowed: Our tour package is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case insufficient participation is achieved, the last cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Turlago.
• Allowed: In cases where tour programs list hotels only by category without naming them, and/or when multiple hotels are available as options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Turlago 2 days before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified (in km). In such a case, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability. The bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, the tour participant for the third person and/or child reservations is deemed to have accepted any crowding and bed type in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the age group) sharing a room with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in line with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours organized for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the itinerary, may not take place on the scheduled day and time if local authorities do not allow access for visits or entry, or due to closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Turlago is not responsible for the failure to conduct such tours under these circumstances. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, depending on feasibility.
• Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed standard limits. Turlago cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by these waiting times.
• Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local service provider Turlago with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicle type may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations, and on weather conditions.
• Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of flights are personal transactions and must be completed by the guest at the airline counters or online via the airline's website before the flight.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the announced times, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the destination required for those who miss the flight are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: Turlago is an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or tour and flight times may change before departure. Turlago is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
• Allowed: The vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. Based on the number of participants in each tour, the vehicle types listed below are assigned.
