Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   After breakfast, you will have free time for the day. Guests who wish can join our guide's extra Eiffel Tower - Seine River - Louvre Area tour (€100). Tour Rules

• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be informed via your agency.
• Allowed: Optional tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. No transfer service is provided between the hotel and city center for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned according to the number of guests participating in optional tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only participants of optional tours can benefit from this service.
• Allowed: In cases where the tour program only provides category information without specifying hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be given by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or coach beds, the tour participant accepts the potential crowding and bed type for third person and/or children reservations. Child discounts apply for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be conducted on the scheduled day and time due to closures by local authorities, closed roads due to events, or impossible weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Allowed: In case only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours specified in the program, not to disrupt the schedule, and to pay the amount previously stated in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip separately for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and headphone audio system, if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
• Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest for our promotional and early booking campaign tours.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 09/28/1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or the hours may change before the existing trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
