Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Despite all due diligence by the agency, if the tour cannot start or continue due to reasons such as insufficient minimum number of confirmed bookings and/or adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, threat of war, unforeseeable technical issues, and all similar force majeure circumstances, the agency may cancel or postpone the trip. In such case, the consumer has no right to any compensation.
  • Allowed: If the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the service starts, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the consumer cancels the contract 30 to 7 days before the start of the service, 35% of the tour fee will be charged; if canceled less than 7 days in advance, the full tour fee will be charged. Any date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellation.
  • Allowed: For promotional/discounted products, the consumer does not have the right to cancel or change the purchased product.
  • Allowed: (Special Clause) – For tour programs classified as Early Booking Discounted, Promotional, and Special Products with Flights, there is no right to cancel or change.
  • Allowed: For special products, cancellations made up to 60 days before the service starts will result in a full refund of the amount paid by the consumer up to that point. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the trip starts, they agree to pay the agency 25% of the tour price; if cancelled 30-15 days before, 50% of the tour price; if cancelled 14-7 days before, 75% of the tour price; and if cancelled less than 7 days before, the full amount.
  • Allowed: If the consumer or their first-degree relative has a condition that prevents their usual occupation for 10 days coinciding with the tour period, supported by an official report from a fully equipped public hospital, or in case of death, documentary proof, the amount paid for the service will be refunded. The report and documents must be submitted before the start of the service. If this situation occurs during the tour, the justification must be presented to the agency with supporting documents within a maximum of 1 (one) day from the date the consumer leaves the tour.
  • Allowed: If the consumer fails to notify in writing that they will join the service after missing the start, the agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours after the service start date. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
  • Allowed: The agency may cancel, partially or fully, before the start of the service, tours it has announced or for which registrations have been taken, provided it notifies the consumer when deemed necessary. During the same period or during the service, the agency may change hotel names, transportation vehicles and their departure points, the order of visits to places specified in the itinerary. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a refund for services not consumed.
  • Allowed: All responsibility for baggage and its contents lies with the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the regulations and customs applicable to the vehicle they will travel in and the facility where they will stay.
  • Allowed: In case of baggage loss or damage caused by the provider's fault, if the consumer has the provider issue a loss or damage report, the agency will pay the consumer half of the transportation portion of the total service price as compensation for material and moral damages of the lost items and suitcase, regardless of their material or moral value and other qualities. The agency is liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items declared in writing with their values and delivered to the agency, up to a maximum of the tour's transportation cost.
  • Allowed: Visa procedures and services are not included in the purchased service. The customer who declares that they have a visa for the countries of the tour they will attend or that they will personally handle the visa procedures cannot terminate the contract by claiming that the visa procedures did not occur; responsibility lies with the customer. Similarly, for guests who handle visa procedures through the agency, in case the relevant consulate rejects the visa or issues a visa with a shorter duration than the tour period, the responsibility lies with the customer, and the agency has no liability.
  • Allowed: The agency is not responsible for force majeure occurring after the start of the contracted service, situations arising from the consumer, or cases arising from the personal liability of third parties. In cases within its liability, the agency may compensate the consumer for adverse changes through refund or service substitution in accordance with the provisions of the TÜRSAB Eastern Anatolia BTK Schedule, or may remedy the situation through additional and/or alternative arrangements provided to the consumer during the service that are not included in the price. The consumer's receipt and use or consumption of additional or substitute services eliminates the consumer's rights to a refund and compensation.
  • Allowed: The consumer agrees to abide by the rules communicated by the guide, facility, agency, transportation authorities, and the insurance company regarding the purchased service, to respect the life, property, and peace of third parties, and that otherwise they may be justifiably denied the service and have no right to a refund.
  • Allowed: If the consumer terminates the service on the grounds that the performed service is defective, they must notify the agency official and the hotel where they are staying in writing of the reasons for termination. Otherwise, they will be deemed to have received and used the service.
  • Allowed: For entry into foreign countries, the authority to grant entry lies with the passport police of that country, and entry may be denied without giving any valid reason, regardless of whether a visa is held. The agency cannot be held responsible for this.
  • Allowed: Consumers not having signed the contract but participating in the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and committed to the contract terms by having the consumers they authorized to register read and sign this contract. The agency reserves the right to recourse against other consumers for collection of any excess amounts or service fees paid to the consumer(s) who signed the contract.
  • Allowed: If a package tour service is purchased, cases of incomplete or non-performance of the package tour are covered by mandatory insurance. The coverage is limited to the package tour price.
  • Allowed: The consumer may, if they wish, obtain insurance before the start of the package tour service covering return to departure point costs in case of accident or illness, as well as any damage from accidents and medical expenses.
  • Allowed: The guide has the right to make changes to the tour in line with weather, road, and accommodation conditions.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for tours that, due to weather conditions or other reasons, are written in the program but cannot be realized.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO reserves the right to make changes to accommodations, provided that they are of the same standard.
  • Allowed: Child discounts apply only when staying with 2 adults.
  • Allowed: During reservation, please inform our registration staff of your name and surname exactly as written on your ID. TURLAGO is not responsible for any issues arising from name and surname problems at the airport check-in.
  • Allowed: Mandatory travel insurance is included in our tours. Providing date of birth and Turkish ID number is required.
  • Allowed: If sufficient majority is not provided, TURLAGO reserves the right to cancel the tour with one day's notice. In case of cancellation, TURLAGO must personally inform you.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is absolutely not responsible for items lost in vehicles, aircraft, or facilities, for any shopping you do during the trip, or for complaints arising from products purchased afterwards. Do not leave your valuables in vehicles.
