Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   After our night journey, we start the day with a breakfast break in Terme for the Black Sea Tour. Following breakfast, we travel through Ünye, Fatsa, and Ordu to reach Giresun. In Giresun, the homeland of cherries and the capital of hazelnuts, we enjoy panoramic views of Giresun Castle along our route and proceed to Trabzon.    On the 3rd day of the Black Sea tour, after breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Ayder Plateau. We take photos of the Bride's Veil Waterfall, named as it cascades hundreds of meters like a white veil. Then we have free time on the Ayder Plateau to capture unforgettable photos with stunning scenery and enjoy your morning coffee. After free time, interested guests can join our Huser Plateau tour.
3. Day 3
   On the 4th day of the Black Sea Tour, after breakfast at the hotel, we board our bus and arrive in Çayeli. We take a free time for shopping at the Rize Fabric Weaving Workshop, where we learn about the yarn and weaving process of Rize Fabric, one of our country's famous cloths. Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 4 nights and 5 days including departure and return days, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• Allowed: In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are offered as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc. rights cannot be refunded.
• Allowed: Child discounts in tour packages apply for one child accompanied by two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In triple rooms during hotel accommodation, our third guest generally stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels stated in the program are the company's priority accommodation facilities. Depending on density in the area and hotels, modifications may be made while maintaining the same hotel standards. Subject to availability, hotel names will be disclosed upon request 48 hours before departure.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in hotels are assigned by the hotel. No room selection is possible.
• Allowed: Rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovation, etc., provided that location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The guide may make changes to the program schedule (order of visited points within a day or between days) due to weather, road conditions, density at visited places, etc., if deemed necessary.
• Allowed: Our company is not responsible for any sites listed in the program that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or if guests fail to adhere to the guide's schedule. In such cases, no claim for compensation arises.
• Allowed: A graduated pricing system applies to all our tours. Tour prices may gradually increase as the number of reservations in the package increases and the departure date approaches. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Price cannot be locked without prepayment.
• Not Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed or promised during reservation. Notes entered during reservation are not guaranteed. No specific seat selection (e.g., front or back) is available.
• Not Allowed: Seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by the Operations Department based on reservation order. No refund is possible in case of disputes about seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Optional tours such as night tours listed in the program depend on participant numbers and available staff. Optional tours along the route will be held even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining optional tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not join optional tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the rest stop.
• Not Allowed: If an optional tour is not conducted for any reason, no claim arises. Our company has no responsibility in such a case.
• Allowed: Prices of optional tours may vary by season. In such cases, the date of the tour's departure, not the purchase date, applies. The price valid during the tour period will be charged. By purchasing, the guest accepts this condition.
• Allowed: Our company is not responsible for any material damage caused by the guest to the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent form during the trip.
• Allowed: Our guests on the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
• Allowed: Due to traffic, accidents, etc., delays may occur at the departure times specified for pick-up points.
• Not Allowed: Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and our company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Allowed: At the end of the tour, our guests will be dropped off opposite the pick-up stops. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point.
• Allowed: As per traffic law, all guests on the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, our company is not responsible.
• Allowed: Responsibility for all personal belongings on the vehicle, during breaks, etc., lies with the guest.
• Allowed: Since the tour starts without checking into the hotel on the first day, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.
• Allowed: Due to the busy program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: The programs may involve long-distance travel. Necessary information will be provided on the vehicle by the tour guide.
• Allowed: Lunches consist of economical local menus. During lunch and dinner, tables are arranged for groups depending on regional density.
• Allowed: The start and end routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the finalized route start and end by contacting us 2 days before the tour begins.
• Allowed: If the tour does not reach a sufficient number of participants, the guest will be informed, and the tour can be postponed to the next date or cancelled according to the guest's request. Alternatively, the guest can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to participate. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance by phone, SMS, or email. In such circumstances, the guest does not have the right to claim compensation.
• Allowed: If cancellation or modification is made by the guest without reason up to 30 days before the start of the service, the paid amount is refunded. For cancellations or changes between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee is deducted; between 15 and 7 days, 50% is deducted; and within 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation fee is deducted.
