Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration, including departure and return days, is 2 Nights 3 Days, with 2 nights hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be separated. Unused rights for transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing, etc. are non-refundable.
• Allowed: Child discounts on tour packages apply to one child accompanied by two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed in hotel accommodations.
• Allowed: In triple hotel rooms, our third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the itinerary are our primary accommodation facilities. Depending on availability and density in the region and hotels, changes may be made while maintaining the same hotel standards. Hotel names will be disclosed upon request up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel; room selection is not possible.
• Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The schedule (order of visited points within a day or between days) may be modified by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, crowdedness at visited sites, etc.
• Not Allowed: Our company is not responsible for any sites listed in the itinerary that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, crowdedness, etc.) or if guests fail to comply with the guide's timing. In such cases, no claim for compensation arises.
• Not Allowed: In our tours with flights, changes may be made at regional airports provided they do not affect the sites in the tour itinerary. In case of such a change, Turlago will inform the guest along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the itinerary due to the airport change, no claim for compensation arises.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to adverse weather conditions or delays caused by the airline. In such cases, no claim for compensation arises.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for changes to flight schedules made by the airline. Turlago will inform the guest of any flight schedule changes.
• Allowed: All our tours have a staggered pricing system. As the number of reservations in the package increases and the departure date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Price lock is only possible after receiving an advance payment.
• Not Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered in the reservation are not guaranteed. Specific seat selection such as front or back is not possible.
• Not Allowed: The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the Operations Unit considering the reservation order. Refunds are not possible in case of objections regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Extra tours conducted along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not wish to join the extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. By not participating, guests accept waiting at the stop and are considered to have joined the tour.
• Not Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest shall have no claim whatsoever. Turlago assumes no responsibility in such a case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may change by season. In such cases, the date on which the tour departs, not the date of purchase, applies. The price at the time of the tour is valid. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any property damage caused by the guest in the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Establishments have the right to claim compensation for damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: When minors under 18 who are not considered adults do not travel with one or both parents, a notarized parental consent form must be carried during travel.
• Allowed: Guests with health issues, pregnancy, or that require regular medication should bring relevant medical reports with them.
• Allowed: Departure times may be subject to delays due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Allowed: Arrival times at the end of the tour are estimated; Turlago accepts no responsibility for delays due to force majeure.
• Allowed: Guests will be dropped off at the destination stop opposite your pickup stop. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point.
• Allowed: By traffic law, all guests must wear seat belts throughout the journey. Turlago is not responsible otherwise.
• Allowed: Responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle, of the guest rest stops, etc., lies with the guest.
• Allowed: Since the first day's sightseeing starts before hotel check-in, kindly pack your essential items separately.
• Allowed: Due to the intense program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs or currency exchange offices; please be prepared.
• Allowed: The itinerary may include long distances to travel. Necessary information will be provided by the guide on board.
• Allowed: Lunch menus feature local, budget-friendly options. For meals, split tables are used based on group sizes and regional density.
