    Upon our arrival in Belgrade around noon, we begin our panoramic city tour. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
  • Allowed: To make purchases and spend in all countries on the tour program, it is sufficient to have Euros. In areas where local currency is used, the tour guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: During the tour, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation (seat change) is applied daily, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay requirement of 1 day to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, the duty-free shopping limits are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter (over 22% alcohol content, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters (less than 22% alcohol content, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.

  • Allowed: The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, no-penalty cancellation right up to 7 days before the travel date. It is non-refundable if not used. In case the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. For cancellations within 30 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted by the participant with their cancellation request, such as hospital reports from Turkish authorities, workplace permits, etc., are unfortunately not accepted for canceling hotel accommodations and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. Tour cancellations due to insufficient participation will be announced by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: In cases where only the category information is provided without a specific hotel name in the tour program, or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the departure of the tour.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances beyond the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds include rollaway beds and coach beds, tour participants with a third person and/or child reservations are deemed to accept any tightness in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only for one child (within the appropriate age group) staying with 2 adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the destination country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, offering a limited menu. They may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city orientation, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours or other specified tours if, on the tour day and time, local authorities prohibit visiting or entry, or roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, when available, in areas with closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at land border crossings may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by these waiting periods.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local TURLAGO from whom we receive services, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour concludes.
  • Allowed: For those participating in flight-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airport at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: If individuals joining the tour are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but do not board the aircraft, TURLAGO is not responsible for their failure to fly. The cost of new return flight tickets and all expenses related to transfers in the destination region required for the person who missed the flight to rejoin the tour shall be borne by themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and chartered flights, or times may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour by accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and handling fees.
