Tour Rules
- Allowed: The tour duration is 2 Nights 3 Days including departure and return day, with 1 night hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
- Allowed: Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing, etc. rights cannot be refunded.
- Allowed: The rooms in the hotels where we stay are assigned by the hotel. Selection between rooms is not possible.
- Allowed: The program schedule (order of visited points within the day or between days) may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, crowd at visited places, etc.
- Allowed: Our break points may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as crowds, renovation, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
- Allowed: Delays may occur at the specified times for departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
- Allowed: In accordance with traffic laws, all our guests must wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, Turlago is not responsible.
- Allowed: If the agency cannot reach the minimum number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed and, according to the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to a later date or canceled. Alternatively, the guest may be booked on the nearest departure point to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obligated to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In such a situation, the guest shall not have the right to make any claims.
- Allowed: Cancellations or modifications made without reason by the guest up to 30 days prior to the start date of the service will result in a full refund of the payment made. For cancellations or modifications made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, a deduction of 30% of the reservation fee applies; between 15 and 7 days, 50% of the reservation fee is deducted; and for cancellations or modifications made 7 days or less before the tour date, a deduction of 100% of the reservation fee applies.
- Allowed: Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package may cancel their package tour without cause up to 72 hours before the tour start date without any deduction. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
