Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Tour duration is 2 nights 3 days including departure and return day, with 1 night hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
  • Allowed: Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc. rights are non-refundable.
  • Allowed: Child discounts are applicable for one child accompanied by two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed in hotel accommodation.
  • Allowed: In triple rooms, the third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
  • Allowed: Hotels mentioned in the program are Turlago's preferred accommodations. Hotels and regions may change based on availability, provided standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
  • Allowed: Rooms in hotels are assigned by the hotel; room selection is not possible.
  • Allowed: Our break points may change due to force majeure such as congestion, renovation, etc., while maintaining the same location and service standards.
  • Allowed: The program schedule (the order of visited sites within a day or between days) may be subject to change by the guide when necessary due to weather, road conditions, crowd levels at visited sites, etc.
  • Allowed: Due to force majeure (weather, road, crowd levels at visited sites, etc.) or if guests fail to adhere to the guide's timing during the tour, Turlago is not responsible for any unvisited places even if they were listed in the tour program. In such cases, no claim for compensation arises for the guest.
  • Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied to all our tours. With an increasing number of reservations in the package tour and as the departure date approaches, tour prices may also rise incrementally. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, prices cannot be locked without a down payment being received.
  • Allowed: During reservation, absolutely no promise or guarantee of seat numbers can be given. Notes entered during booking have no guarantee. Specific seat selection such as front or back rows is not available.
  • Allowed: The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by Turlago Operations considering the reservation order. In cases of objections regarding seat allocation, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
  • Allowed: Extra tours mentioned in the tour program, such as night tours, are subject to the number of participants and the availability of staff. Extra tours conducted along the route will proceed even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining the extra tour will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not join extra tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the break point once they attend the tour.
  • Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, no claim for compensation arises for the guest. Turlago has no responsibility in this case.
  • Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, it is not the date of purchase but the departure date that is taken into account. The extra tour price valid during the tour period applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
  • Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest to transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by the guest.
  • Allowed: For non-adult children under 18 who do not travel with one or both parents, a parental consent letter required for participation must be carried by the traveler during the trip.
  • Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they are regularly using.
  • Allowed: Delays at departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc., may occur.
  • Allowed: Information about the arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Turlago is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
  • Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the pick-up points at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to drop you off at a different location.
  • Allowed: In accordance with traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts during their journey; otherwise, Turlago is not responsible.
  • Allowed: The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle during breaks, etc., rests with the guest.
  • Allowed: Since the tour starts before checking into the hotel on the first day, please prepare your essentials separately.
  • Allowed: Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it is advisable to be prepared as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc.
  • Allowed: The itineraries may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
  • Allowed: The start and end routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can contact us 2 days in advance to learn the finalized route if they wish.
  • Allowed: If the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the guest will be informed and the tour may be postponed or canceled according to the guest's request. Alternatively, the guest can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to join the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest by call, SMS, or email three (3) days in advance. In such a case, the guest does not have the right to claim.
  • Allowed: Cancellations and changes made without reason up to 30 days before the start of the service are fully refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee is deducted; between 15-7 days, 50% is deducted; for 7 days or less, 100% is deducted.
  • Allowed: Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the tour without reason up to 72 hours before the start date without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
