• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach beds, the tour participant accepts the possible crowding and bed type in rooms for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically featuring a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, commonly known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entries to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are subject to cancellations if local authorities do not permit visitation or entry due to events, or if road closures make the tour impossible on the scheduled day and time. TURLAGO is not responsible if such tours cannot be conducted due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transportation whenever possible at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Allowed: You can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure, only if category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination.
• Allowed: The participant can pay the amount previously notified in the tour program to the tour authority during the trip for expenses incurred for museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, headphone audio systems, etc., provided the participant joins the tours specified in the program and does not disrupt the itinerary. The participant has been informed before the tour.
• Allowed: No cancellations or modifications can be made by the guest for our promotional and early booking campaigns.
• Allowed: TURLAGO, as an intermediary between the airline and passengers, is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
