   After breakfast, we will depart from our hotel and visit Marken & Volendam, located about an hour from Amsterdam. No additional payment is required for extra tours. Only entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, and city taxes are excluded.
• Allowed: Professional Guidance: Throughout the tour, sightseeing is conducted with experienced and knowledgeable guides. The guides provide detailed information about the places visited and answer your questions.
• Allowed: Flexible Programs: In well-paced tour programs, there are ample time intervals between the places to be visited. This allows participants to explore each point without rushing. While enjoying the sights, participants also have the opportunity to rest and relax. In this way, you can rest or explore as you wish.
• Allowed: Carefully Selected Routes: Comfort tours are tours where the places to be visited are carefully selected and the tour programs are meticulously planned. Thus, you do not miss important and interesting points during the tour.
• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• Allowed: In cases where only the category information is given without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldaway and rollaway beds, the tour participant declares acceptance of possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child (matching the age group) staying with 2 adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically offering a continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introductions, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities preventing access, road closures for events, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• Allowed: When only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: Participants can pay the previously notified amount for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio systems (if any) to the tour representative during the trip, provided they join the scheduled tours and do not disrupt the program. The participant has been informed prior to the tour.
• Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest for promotional and early booking campaigns.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled or charter flights, or flight times may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.

These panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the program, may not take place due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. TURLAGO is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport when roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative options exist for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: The participant may choose to join the tours scheduled in the itinerary, comply with the program, and pay the amount pre-announced in the itinerary for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system headphones, if any, to the tour officer during the trip. The participant has been informed prior to the tour.
• Allowed: In our promotion and early booking campaign tours, cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest.
