  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be given by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable and coach-type beds, the third tour participant and/or child bookings are deemed to accept potential crowding in the room and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child (in the applicable age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are presented according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, often referred to as continental breakfast. They may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities with audio narration from the guide while in the vehicle. They are usually 2-3 hour tours and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the program, may not be possible on the same day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where possible due to closed roads or areas where vehicles are not allowed.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can find out the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Participant can join the tours specified in the program, not disrupt the program, and pay the amount previously stated in the tour program for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio system if applicable, to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been informed before the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion and early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and ground handling fees.
