1. Day 1
   After breakfast, we start our tour to Marken & Volendam - Zaanse Schans. • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are organized on a participation basis. Transfer service between the hotel and city center is not provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests participating in the extra tours and the necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is given without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable and so-called coach beds, the tour participant, third person and/or child reservations are deemed to accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts apply for a single child (within the age group) staying with 2 adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours listed in the itinerary, may be carried out on public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted. TURLAGO is not responsible if tours cannot be conducted due to road closures from events or adverse weather conditions.
• Allowed: If only hotel category information is provided and/or alternative accommodations are indicated for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip.
• Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to join the scheduled tours in the program, not to disrupt the itinerary, and to pay the previously communicated amount during the trip to the tour representative for expenses such as museum and archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if applicable. The participant has been fully informed about this matter.
• Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by guests for our promotional and early booking campaigns.
• Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There is a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and the times of existing tours and flights may change before departure. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
