  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are provided upon hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable and coach beds, tour participants are considered to have accepted any crowding and bed type that may occur in the room for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child (of the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction and last a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary without museum or archaeological site admissions. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place due to closures, access restrictions by local authorities, or road closures due to any event at the scheduled day and time, or if tours become impossible due to weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, as feasible.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn your hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant may pay the amount previously announced in the tour program for costs incurred due to participation in scheduled tours, adherence to the program, and accordingly, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system (if any) expenses, to the tour official during the trip. The participant has been informed prior to the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest for our promotional and early booking campaigns tours.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delay risk may exist for scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the travel and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
