Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
  • Allowed: If the tour program specifies only a category name without mentioning the hotel name and/or provides options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are given based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the third person is smaller than standard beds. A triple room consists of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted possible crowding and the type of bed in triple or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child (meeting the age criteria) sharing a room with two adults.
  • Allowed: Hotel breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically offering a limited continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, breakfast may be served in a separate dining area allocated to the group.
  • Allowed: The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours, are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours, may not be possible due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to events, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, TURLAGO is not responsible for the tour not taking place. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: When only the category is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the exact hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: If the participant joins the tours specified in the program without disruption, they may pay the pre-notified amount for museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems (if applicable) during the trip. The participant has been informed before the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest for tours with promotional or early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays, or departure times may change before the trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
