1. Day 1
   After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and head to the stunning coastal town of Sorrento in the south of the Gulf of Naples. • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before departure. Cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• Allowed: Optional tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. Guests who do not participate in these tours will not be provided transfer service between the hotel and city center. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests participating in the optional tours, and necessary notifications are made accordingly, this service is available only to optional tour participants.
• Allowed: In cases where only the category is indicated without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at greater distances than those specified. In such a case, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour's departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. As extra beds are foldaway beds and what are known as coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted any potential congestion in the room and the type of bed in bookings for a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply to a single child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfast provided at hotels as part of the tour program is served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee. For groups, it may be served in a separate designated dining area.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to cities. They are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the program, are subject to local authorities' permissions and road closures due to events. If tours cannot take place due to weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Allowed: When only category information is provided and/or alternative information for the same destination is available, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Allowed: The participant may join the scheduled tours specified in the program, not disrupt the schedule, and pay the pre-informed amount for expenses related to museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and headphone audio systems (if any) during the travel to the tour representative. The participant has been informed before the tour.
• Allowed: In our promotional and early booking campaigns, cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary agency between airlines and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28 September 1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and chartered flights, and hours may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service charges.
