1. Day 1
   After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and head to the magnificent coastal town of Sorrento, located on the southern side of the Gulf of Naples.    After breakfast, we head out to explore Rome.    After breakfast, our first stop is the romantic Italian city of Pisa, steeped in history. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This world-famous tower with its tilted stance is located in Piazza dei Miracoli, the Square of Miracles.    After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and depart. Upon arrival at Tronchetto square in Venice, we take a short ferry ride to St. Mark's Square and enjoy a panoramic city tour. • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not obtained, the last cancellation notification will be made 20 days prior to the tour start. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
• Allowed: If only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified distances. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms may be assigned based on hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one additional bed. Since the additional beds are of the folding or rollaway type, participants booking for a third person and/or a child are deemed to accept the potential lack of space and the type of bed in the room. Discounts for children apply only for one child (within the relevant age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Hotel breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the respective country and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, often referred to as continental breakfast. These may be served in a separate dining area designated for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for an overall introduction to the cities, are conducted from within the vehicle with guide commentary, last up to 2-3 hours, and do not include admissions to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the program, are subject to local authorities' permission for visitation and access at the scheduled day and time. If these tours cannot take place due to road closures or prohibitions caused by any event, or if adverse weather conditions make the tour impossible, TURLAGO shall not be liable for such cancellation. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• Allowed: When only the category is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn the name(s) of your accommodation hotel(s) 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour.
• Allowed: The participant may choose to join the scheduled tours as per the itinerary and not deviate from the program. In return, the participant may pay on the spot the amount previously notified in the tour program to cover expenses such as museum & archaeological site fees, city taxes, and if applicable, audio headset systems. The participant has been informed prior to the trip.
• Allowed: Guests cannot cancel or make changes to promotional and early booking tours.
• Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Scheduled and charter flights may involve delay risks, and respective trip and flight times may change. TURLAGO is obliged to inform passengers of any such changes as soon as possible.
