Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour date. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of folding, rollaway, and coach beds, the third participant and/or children reservations are deemed to accept potential room crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply to a single child (in the appropriate age group) staying with 2 adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically consisting of a continental breakfast with butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate area allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours designed for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible for such tours being canceled due to closures by local authorities because of events, road closures, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where possible if roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.
  • Allowed: When only the hotel category is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees to participate in the tours specified in the program, not to disrupt the schedule, and to pay the pre-informed amount for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and headphone audio systems, if any, to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest for tours with Promotion or Early Booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between airlines and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, and flight times may change prior to the trip. TURLAGO is obliged to inform passengers of any changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and airport service charges.
