  1. Day 1
    After breakfast, we begin our Rome city tour.   • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without stating a name or when there are options for the same destination in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and in these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable or coach beds, participants with a third person and/or child reservations are deemed to accept the potential tightness in the room and the type of bed. Discounts for children apply to a single child (within the appropriate age group) sharing with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfast included in the tour program at the hotel is served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted from the vehicle with guide narration for general city introduction, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entry to museums or ruins. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, if they cannot be carried out due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time due to permits, events, or closed roads, or if impossible due to weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible for the non-performance of these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant accepts and agrees in advance that they will join the scheduled tours as specified in the tour program, not disrupt the said program, and pay a predetermined amount for expenses incurred, including entrance fees to museums & archaeological sites, city taxes, and, if any, costs such as audio guide systems, as stated beforehand in the tour program, to the tour officer during the journey. The participant has been fully informed about this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellation or changes are not allowed by the guest in our tours with Promotion and Early Booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary agency between the airline and passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. In scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the timing may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes at the earliest. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
