  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where hotels are indicated only by category without names and/or with options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Since additional beds are pull-out or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted potential space constraints and the bed type when booking a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country, generally as continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. They may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. TURLAGO is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads for events, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
  • Allowed: You can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip only if the category information is provided and/or at the same destination, for alternative information.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees in advance that they will participate in the tours specified in the program, not disrupt the program, and pay the predetermined amount for additional costs related to museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes, audio systems (if any), and similar expenses separately to the tour representative during the tour. The participant has been fully informed of this.
  • Allowed: No cancellations or changes by guests are allowed on promotional and early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO, acting as an intermediary between the airline and passengers, is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, there is a risk of delays, and hours may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change regardless to the tour planning flight times must be respected; tour progression will adapt to vary daily timings. Children between 0-2 years do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
