- Day 1After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Essaouira, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Located on the Atlantic coast, Essaouira is a Portuguese port city where art and ancient culture intertwine, also known by its Portuguese name Mogador. - Day 2After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Jardin Majorelle, Yves Saint Laurent's secret garden, one of the finest examples of Moroccan architecture. The garden offers unique plants to see and photograph. Then we head to Ouarzazate. - Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. The last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour's start date. In case of insufficient participation, the canceled tour will be communicated to you through your agency.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour's departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. As extra beds are foldaway or rollaway (coach bed) types, the tour participant declares acceptance of potential crowding and bed type in rooms for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child (matching the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are offered in line with the breakfast culture of the country, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. They may be served in a separate dining area allocated for groups.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities, last a maximum of 2-3 hours, are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. TURLAGO is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours if, on the scheduled day and time, local authorities do not permit visitation or entry, roads are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
- Allowed: If only the category is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: If the participant joins the scheduled tours as stated in the program and does not disrupt the itinerary, they may pay a pre-announced amount to the tour representative during the trip to cover expenses such as museum and archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset system fees. The participant has been informed before the tour.
- Allowed: Reservations made under promotional and early booking campaigns cannot be cancelled or changed by the guest.
- Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the schedule may change before the trip or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay the airport tax or ground service fee.
