    We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We depart for the capital Rabat. The city of Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests.   • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be informed via your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only the category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms may be subject to availability and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or coach-type beds, the tour participant for the third person and/or child reservations is deemed to accept the potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the applicable age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Hotel breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast with butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee – a limited menu – and may be provided in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short, 2-3 hour tours from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, covering general city highlights and not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours (including other tours mentioned in the itinerary) due to local authorities restricting access on the scheduled day and time, road closures for events, or weather conditions rendering the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn which hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees to participate in the tours indicated on the itinerary and not to disrupt the program. The participant also accepts to pay the amount advised in the itinerary for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and (if applicable) audio systems during the trip to the tour representative. The participant has been fully informed about this.
  • Allowed: Cancellation or changes cannot be made for promotional and early booking campaign tours.

Flight delays may occur on scheduled or charter flights, and times may change before the tour or flight. TURLAGO is obligated to inform of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
