   After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for our city tour. Tour Rules

• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 20 participants. In case insufficient participation is achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tour cancellations due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of rollaway and sofa beds, the tour participant booking as a third person and/or child is deemed to accept the possible crowding in the room and the bed type. Children's discounts apply to a single child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, usually a limited menu of continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining room allocated for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general city introductions, conducted from within the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, shall not be subject to any refund or compensation if they cannot be carried out due to local authorities prohibiting visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, road closures caused by any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. TURLAGO is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot when roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, depending on feasibility.
• Allowed: When only category information is provided and/or alternative options exist for the same destination, you will be informed of the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: The participant agrees to join the tours specified in the program, not disrupt the itinerary, and additionally pay the amount previously indicated in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip for expenses related to museum & archaeological site entry fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, audio system headsets. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
• Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests on our promotional and early booking campaign tours.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Lahey Protocol of 28.09.1955. There is a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, and hours may change before the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
