- Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During such periods as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may stay at a distance greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, tour participants booking for a third person and/or child are deemed to accept possible crowding in the room and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and typically consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours arranged for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. TURLAGO is not responsible if such tours, including other specified tours, cannot be conducted on the scheduled day and time due to closures by local authorities, road closures due to events, or impossible weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible at points with closed roads or no vehicle access.
- Allowed: Provided only category information is given and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the trip departure.
- Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours specified in the program without disrupting the itinerary, and to pay the amount previously stated in the tour program for applicable costs including museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system headset fees, if any, separately to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed of this.

There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
