Tour Rules

  • Allowed: For single occupancy, the price is 30,950 Turkish Lira.
  • Allowed: At the time of registration, at least 35% of the total tour service fee must be paid, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour starts. If payments are not made within these periods, the reservation will be canceled, and 35% of the total service fee will be invoiced to the consumer as cancellation compensation.
  • Allowed: Consumers purchasing promotional, discounted, or special product services are required to pay the full service fee at the reservation date. For special products and services, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the service starts. Cancellation compensation is the same as in Article 1/A.
  • Allowed: Even if the agency has taken all necessary care, it may cancel or postpone the tour due to reasons preventing the start or continuation of the trip, including but not limited to: insufficient number of confirmed passengers, adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unforeseeable technical issues, and all similar force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the consumer has no right to compensation.
  • Allowed: If the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the consumer cancels the contract between 30 and 7 days before the start of the service, they agree to pay 35% of the tour fee to the agency; if canceled less than 7 days in advance, they agree to pay the full amount. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations.
  • Allowed: For promotional/discounted products, the consumer does not have the right to cancel or change the purchased product.
  • Allowed: (Special Clause) – There is no right to cancel or change for tour programs classified as Early Booking Discount, Promotional, or Special Product by Air.
  • Allowed: For special products, cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service result in a full refund of the amount paid so far. If the consumer cancels the contract between 59 and 31 days before the tour, they agree to pay 25% of the tour fee; between 30 and 15 days before, 50%; between 14 and 7 days before, 75%; and less than 7 days before, the full amount to the agency.
  • Allowed: If the consumer or a first-degree relative has a health issue preventing their usual activities for at least 10 days coinciding with the tour period, documented by an official report from a fully equipped state hospital, or in the case of death, documented accordingly, the amount paid for the service will be refunded. In such cases, the report and documents must be submitted before the start of the service. If this situation occurs during the tour, the justification must be presented to the agency with supporting documents within at most 1 (one) day from the date the consumer leaves the tour.
  • Allowed: If the consumer does not notify the agency in writing that they will participate in the service, having missed its start, the agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours after the service start date. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
  • Allowed: The agency may, after notifying the consumer when deemed necessary, partially or completely cancel the tours it has announced or registered before the service begins. Within the same period or during the service, the agency may change the names of hotels, transportation vehicles and their departure locations, and the visit order of places specified in the itinerary. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a refund for unused service fees.
  • Allowed: All responsibility for baggage and its contents belongs to the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the regulations and customs applicable to the vehicle they will travel in and the facility they will stay at.
  • Allowed: In cases of baggage loss or damage caused by the provider's fault, if the consumer has a loss or damage report issued by the provider, the agency will pay the consumer as compensation for the lost items and luggage: half of the transportation portion of the total service fee, regardless of the material and moral value and other qualities of the items inside the baggage. The agency is liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items that have been declared in writing along with their value and taken into custody, up to a maximum of the transportation cost of the tour.
  • Allowed: In cases of baggage loss or damage caused by the provider's fault, if the consumer has a loss or damage report issued by the provider, the agency will pay the consumer as compensation for the lost items and luggage: half of the transportation portion of the total service fee, regardless of the material and moral value and other qualities of the items inside the baggage. The agency is liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items that have been declared in writing along with their value and taken into custody, up to a maximum of the transportation cost of the tour.
  • Allowed: The agency is not liable for force majeure events occurring after the start of the contracted service, situations arising from the consumer, or circumstances resulting from the personal liability of third parties. In cases within its liability, the agency may compensate the consumer for unfavorable changes in the form of a refund or service compensation in accordance with the provisions of the TÜRSAB Eastern Anatolia BTK Schedule, or may provide compensation through additional and/or alternative arrangements given to the consumer during the service that are not included in the price. If the consumer has used or consumed the additional or substitute services, this eliminates the consumer's rights to a refund and compensation.
  • Allowed: The consumer agrees to comply with the rules notified by the guide, facility, agency, transportation authorities and the insurance company regarding the purchased service, to respect the life, property safety and tranquility of third parties; otherwise, they accept that the service may not be received for justified reasons and that they have no right to a refund.
  • Allowed: If the consumer terminates the service on the grounds that the service provided is defective, they must notify the agency authority and the hotel where they are staying of the reasons for termination in writing. Otherwise, they are deemed to have received and used the service.
  • Allowed: It is the duty of the good faith consumer to cooperate and act diligently by notifying the agency in writing of the issues they complain about during the performance of the service.
  • Allowed: Consumer(s) participating in the service subject to the contract but not signing the contract are considered to have accepted and undertaken the contract terms by having the consumer(s) they have authorized to register on their behalf read and sign this contract. The agency reserves the right of recourse against other consumers for the collection of any excess amount or service fee paid to the consumer(s) who signed the contract.
  • Allowed: At foreign country entry points, the authority to grant entry rests with that country's passport police, who may deny entry without any valid reason, regardless of whether a visa is held. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • Allowed: If a package tour service is purchased, cases of incomplete or non-performance of the package tour are covered by insurance as required by law. The coverage is limited to the package tour fee.
  • Allowed: If desired, the consumer can insure the costs of returning to the departure point in case of accident or illness before the package tour service begins, as well as damages arising from any accident and medical expenses.
  • Allowed: Flight times stated in the programs are obtained from the specified airlines. The company is not responsible for changes in flight times, delays, or cancellations due to strikes and force majeure (earthquake, civil war, terror alert, natural disaster, etc.).
  • Allowed: The guide has the right to make changes to the tour in accordance with weather, road and accommodation conditions.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for tours that cannot be realized due to weather conditions or other reasons, even if stated in the program.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO has the right to make changes in hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
  • Allowed: Child discounts are applied on condition that the child stays with 2 adults.
