  • Allowed: - Participating guests must have a valid Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
  • Allowed: - To shop and make purchases in all countries on the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. It is advisable to bring a light jacket or similar clothing for the evenings.
  • Allowed: - On our weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily; no fixed seats or front-seat guarantees are provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: - When entering Turkey from abroad, you must stay at least 1 night in order to bring in goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

Cancellations within 30 days incur a 30% penalty, and within 20 days a 100% penalty. Documents such as hospital reports or work permits issued by Turkish authorities are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services abroad.
  • Allowed: - Our tour is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation date is 20 days before departure. TURLAGO will inform participants if a tour is canceled due to insufficient numbers.
  • Allowed: - If the tour program mentions only a category (e.g., hotel type) without naming specific hotels, or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before departure.
  • Allowed: - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: - Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. As the extra beds are rollaway or pull-out cot-type beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to accept the potential crowding and bed type. Children discounts apply only for one child of the eligible age group staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: - Among the services included in the tour package, hotel breakfasts are served according to the breakfast culture of the host country, usually featuring a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short tours of 2-3 hours maximum, organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other mentioned tours, cannot take place due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, closed roads for any event, or impossible weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or areas restricted to vehicles allow.
  • Allowed: - Waiting times at customs gates during road travel may exceed standard durations, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
  • Allowed: - Optional tours are organized by the local DMC company with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may be canceled, or the prices, content, and vehicle type for optional tours may vary based on participant count. Additionally, the days and hours of these tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening times of museums, archaeological sites, and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: - Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours are deemed to agree to wait at a convenient rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same drop-off point after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: - For individuals joining tours that include flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport prior to the flight, or online via the airline's website, as mandatory.
  • Allowed: - TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by TURLAGO for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures but do not board the aircraft, and fail to take the flight. All expenses incurred for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region required for the participation of those who miss the flight shall be borne by them.
  • Allowed: - TURLAGO, as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delay risks, and hours may change prior to the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
