Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   Following our night journey, we start the day with a breakfast break for the Gap tour. Then, after a panoramic view of the historic Stone Bridge over the Seyhan River, we head to Adana Sabancı Central Mosque, one of the region's most important mosques.    On day 3 of the Gap Tour, after breakfast at the hotel, we check out and depart for Harran, whose name means "intersection of roads."    On the 5th day of the Gap Tour, we offer an optional early morning excursion for guests who wish to witness the sunrise atop Mount Nemrut. Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 5 Nights 6 Days including departure and return days, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts 2 nights.
• Not Allowed: Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be separated. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guidance, and sightseeing cannot be refunded.
• Not Allowed: Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child only accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In triple rooms, the third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities. Changes may be made depending on density in the region and available hotels, provided that the standards remain the same. Hotel names will be announced upon request 48 hours before departure based on availability.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in the hotels where we stay are determined by the hotel. No choice between rooms is possible.
• Allowed: Our tour venues may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovations, etc., provided that they remain the same in terms of location and service standards.
• Allowed: In the program timing (order of places visited during the day or between days), changes may be made if deemed necessary by the guide due to weather, road conditions, density at visited locations, etc.
• Not Allowed: The company is not responsible for places that cannot be visited, even if included in the program, due to force majeure reasons (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not follow the timing given by the guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest cannot claim any rights.
• Not Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered in the reservation are not guaranteed. Specific seat selection such as front or back is not possible.
• Allowed: The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the Operations unit considering the order of reservations. Refund is not possible in case of objections regarding seat arrangement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to the number of participants and available personnel conditions. Extra tours on the route will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests not participating in extra tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the stop.
• Allowed: If an extra tour cannot be held for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Turlago has no responsibility in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, the tour departure date, not the purchase date, is considered. The applicable extra tour price is the one for the tour period. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• Allowed: The company is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Establishments have the right to claim material damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: For non-adult children under 18 who do not join the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to have the required consent form (muvafakatname) on hand during the travel.
• Allowed: Our guests joining the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, or medications they regularly use.
• Allowed: Departure times for pick-up points may experience delays due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Allowed: Arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Turlago is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the pick-up points at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location with the vehicle staff.
• Allowed: As per traffic law, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, the company is not responsible.
• Allowed: Responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guest during stops and other times.
• Allowed: Since the tour starts before hotel check-in on the first day, please prepare your necessary items separately.
• Allowed: During the tour, due to program density, it is not always possible to find ATMs or exchange offices, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Long distances may be covered during the programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunches are composed of local economic menus. Lunches and dinners use separate tables according to group density.
• Allowed: The start and end route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the finalized start and end of the route by contacting us 2 days before the tour if they wish.
• Allowed: If the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency will inform the guest and, depending on the guest's preference, the tour may be rescheduled to a later date or canceled. Alternatively, the guest can join the tour at the nearest departure point with ticketing. In such a case, the agency is obliged to notify the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest has no right to make a claim.
• Allowed: Cancellations or changes made by the guest up to 30 days before the start date of the service, without specifying a reason, entitle the guest to a full refund of the amount paid. For cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, a 30% deduction of the reservation fee applies; between 15 and 7 days, a 50% deduction; and for cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before the tour date, a 100% deduction of the reservation fee applies.
• Allowed: Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Protection Package can cancel their package tour for any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date without any deduction. The Cancel, Refund, and Protection Package does not cover airline tickets.
