  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol.
  • Allowed: During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any ticket cancellation or change costs due to incorrect information, including no-show fees, will be charged to the guest.
  • Allowed: The city of arrival may vary. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays made by the airlines.
  • Allowed: Group ticket rules apply; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight is also forfeited per group ticket regulations.
  • Allowed: For flights originating in Turkey, the standard suitcase weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights within the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: If the minimum number of participants for the package tour is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and the consumer will be notified 20 days in advance.
