Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   Following a free breakfast break in Nea Karvali in the morning, we proceed towards Thessaloniki.    After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we check out and depart for Athens, the capital of Greece. Along the way, interested guests can join an optional Meteora tour (45 Euro). Tour Rules

• Not Allowed: Our guests joining the tour must have a valid Multi (multiple entry) Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
• Not Allowed: Carrying euros is sufficient for shopping and expenditures in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist in currency conversion in areas using local currency.
• Not Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar outerwear for the evening.
• Not Allowed: Our weekly tours implement a daily seat rotation policy for seating arrangements; fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• Not Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 1 day stay is required to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

• Not Allowed: Depending on weather and road conditions, guides may modify the itinerary order, provided that all locations mentioned in the program are visited.
• Not Allowed: Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, no penalty applies; if less than 20 days remain, no penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from official authorities in Turkey, workplace permission certificates, etc., submitted by the participant with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotel accommodations and services outside Turkey.
• Not Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. An insufficient participation cancellation will be communicated by TURLAGO.
• Not Allowed: If the tour program mentions only the hotel category without naming specific hotels, and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
• Not Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Not Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are of the folding or rollaway type called coach beds, the third participant and/or reservations with children are deemed to accept potential room tightness and the bed type. Child discounts apply only for one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Services included in the tour program, such as hotel breakfasts, are served according to the country's breakfast culture and generally consist of a limited menu, as a continental breakfast with butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
• Not Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and conducted from the vehicle with guide narration, not including museum or archaeological site entry fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the itinerary, if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing visitation or entry on the corresponding day and time, or due to road closures because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, TURLAGO is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transportation where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, subject to feasibility.
• Not Allowed: During the journey, waiting times at customs gates along the road may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from these wait times.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the main tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Not Allowed: For those participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airport at the respective airline counters or online via the airline's website before the flight.

• Not Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for participants who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by TURLAGO, fail to complete check-in or boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the plane after completing check-in and boarding procedures. For those who miss their flight, all costs incurred for new round-trip tickets and transfers to the tour region to join the tour are their own responsibility.
• Not Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or departure times may change before the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
• Not Allowed: The types of vehicles used on our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle type for each tour is determined based on the number of participants. • Not Allowed: All guests are deemed to have agreed to the above terms by making the purchase of the tour.
• Not Allowed: Travel Assurance Package can only be added at the time of tour purchase; it cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, no-deduction cancellation right until 7 days before the tour date. If not used, it is non-refundable. If the Cancellation Assurance Package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour, a 30% penalty is applied; for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports issued by Turkish authorities with the participant's cancellation request, workplace permission certificates, etc., are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.
