Tour Rules

• Not Allowed: It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for overseas trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry with torn and worn passports is not allowed.
• Allowed: For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc. in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel zone will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
• Not Allowed: The visa must be obtained from the first entry country of the tour or the country where the longest stay will occur; otherwise, the AGENCY is definitely not responsible if passport control denies entry to the country.
• Not Allowed: Visa fees and insurance premiums are non-refundable in case of tour cancellation.
• Not Allowed: The AGENCY acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no liability whatsoever if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or contains mistakes. • Allowed: Excursions mentioned in programs may, at the guide's discretion, be held on a day other than the specified day(s) for any reason.
• Allowed: Optional tours on the route occur if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join wait at the stopping point.

Alternative tours can be organized if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; with fewer participants, they may be arranged at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with adjusted prices.
