  • Allowed: Participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
  • Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries on the tour program, having Euros is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will help with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement to stay at least 1 night in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

  • Allowed: Travel Guarantee Package can only be added during tour purchase and cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional and penalty-free cancellation right up to 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation guarantee package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted by the participant with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports from authorized bodies in Turkey, work permits, etc., are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside of Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: If the tour program provides only category information without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified distances. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Additional beds are of the foldaway and coach bed type, so the tour participant declares acceptance of any cramped conditions and the bed type for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Included hotel breakfasts are served according to the country's breakfast culture, usually as a limited menu consisting of continental breakfast items such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours, not including museum or archaeological site entries. In cases where panoramic tours—including other tours specified in the program—cannot be conducted due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or impossible weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
  • Allowed: Customs waiting times during land border crossings may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting periods.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are organized by the local TURLAGO with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on participant count. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on museum/site opening hours at the destinations and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are at the participant's discretion and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours during the journey are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for air-inclusive tours are personal tasks and must be completed by the guest prior to the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible if participants fail to be present at the designated airport at the times specified by TURLAGO for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or fail to board the aircraft even if they have completed these procedures. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets for those who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as any transfers in the destination region, shall be borne by the person in question.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the trip. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes upon purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport tax and handling fees.
