Tour Rules

• Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
• Allowed: It is sufficient to have euros for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
• Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. Bring a light jacket or something similar for the evening.
• Allowed: On weekly tours, a daily seat rotation (seat change) is implemented; fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
• Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 1-night accommodation requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

• Allowed: Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days before the tour date, a 0% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 0% penalty applies. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports from official authorities in Turkey or workplace permission letters submitted with the participant's cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of hotel accommodations and services abroad.
• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify accordingly.
• Allowed: If only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or optional hotels are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the departure of the trip.
• Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at greater distances than specified. In such case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are of rollaway or coach bed type, the third participant and/or child booking is deemed to accept the potential crowding and bed type. Children's discounts apply only to one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and provided at hotels are served according to the country's breakfast culture, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, arranged for a general introduction to the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible if these panoramic tours, including other specified tours, cannot take place due to attractions being closed on the corresponding day and time by local authorities, roads being closed due to events, or tours becoming impossible due to weather conditions. Tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, subject to feasibility.
• Allowed: During the journey, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed standards, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting periods.
• Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local tour operator TURLAGO with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, tours cannot be held or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be altered by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and ruins at the destinations and weather conditions.
• Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours during the trip are considered to accept waiting at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same spot after the tour concludes.
• Allowed: For participants on flight-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline's website.

• Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible if participants fail to be at the specified airport at the times notified by TURLAGO, fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding but fail to board the aircraft, resulting in missing the flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss the flight to join the tour are borne by them.
• Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may have a risk of delay, or timings may change before the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
• Allowed: Vehicle types used on our tours are classified according to number of participants as follows. Vehicle types are assigned based on the participant count for each tour.
