Daily Tour Program
Day 1

Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
Allowed: During the tour, for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program, having Euros is sufficient. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
Allowed: It is advisable to choose comfortable walking or sports shoes during the trip. It is also recommended to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation (seat change) is applied daily; fixed seats and front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.), at least 1 day of accommodation is required.

Allowed: In the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all locations mentioned in the program are shown.
Allowed: The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchasing stage. It cannot be added later. It grants the guest an unconditional and penalty-free cancellation right up to 7 days before the travel date. No refund is given if not used. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. For cancellations less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from Turkish authorities or work permits submitted with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.
Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by TURLAGO.
Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying a hotel name and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by TURLAGO 2 days before the trip departure.
Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the tour departure date.
Allowed: Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are of the folding and sofa bed type, the tour participant is deemed to have acknowledged the possible crowding and bed type in rooms for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
Allowed: Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are presented according to the breakfast culture of the country and typically consist of a limited menu often referred to as continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), and may be served in a separate allocated dining room for groups.
Allowed: The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours organized for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entry fees. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours, including other specified tours, cannot take place due to closures by local authorities for visits or entries on the scheduled day and time, closed roads due to any event, or weather conditions preventing the tour. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, if feasible.
Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates for road crossings may exceed standards, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences resulting from these waiting times.
Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local TURLAGO agency we use, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may not be held, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours, as well as museums and archaeological sites visited, may be changed by the guide based on whether they are open or closed and on weather conditions.
Allowed: Extra tours are optional, not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours are deemed to accept waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from that point once the tour is completed.
Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in tours with flights are personal tasks that must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website before the flight.
Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding but fail to board the flight. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination required for such individuals to join the tour are at their own expense.
Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a delay risk for scheduled and charter flights, or timings may change before the trip or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of timing changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
Allowed: The vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle types below are assigned depending on the number of participants in each tour.
