Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 2 nights and 3 days, including departure and return days, with 2 nights hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: On our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing, etc., rights are non-refundable.
• Allowed: Children's discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In triple room accommodations, the 3rd guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities. Changes may be made based on occupancy in the region and hotels, provided that the standards remain the same. Upon request, hotel names can be communicated 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
• Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as congestion, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The timing of the program (order of visited points within a day or between days) may be changed at the guide's discretion if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, crowding at visit sites, etc.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for sites that cannot be visited as written in the program due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding, etc.) or if guests fail to adhere to the guide's timing during the tour. In such a case, no claims may be made by the guest.
• Allowed: For tours with flights, regional airports may be changed without affecting the visited points in the program. In such a change, Turlago will inform the guest together with the flight tickets. Provided that the change does not create a deficiency in the program, no claims may be made.
• Allowed: Due to adverse weather or delays caused by the airline, Turlago is not responsible for disruptions in the program. In such a case, no claims may be made by the guest.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for changes made by the airline to flight schedules. Any schedule changes will be communicated to the guest.
• Allowed: For tours with flights, our guide may greet you at the regional airport. You need to check in at the departure airport individually. In such a case, Turlago will inform guests one day prior.
• Allowed: For tours with flights and buses, guests joining from other cities may be included in the tour from the airport with a regional meeting. In such cases, waiting at the airport may occur due to flight schedules.
• Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package increases and the date approaches, tour prices may increase incrementally. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Price guarantees without prepayment are not possible.
• Allowed: During reservation, no seat number promise or guarantee can be given. There is no guarantee for notes entered during reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not available.
• Allowed: Seat arrangement in the vehicle is made by Turlago Operations considering the reservation order. Refunds are not possible in case of objections to seat arrangement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours included in the tour program, such as night tours, take place depending on the number of participants and available staff. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. For extra tours, guests who do not participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not attend the extra tours accept waiting at the stop.
• Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim. Turlago bears no responsibility in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, the date of departure is taken into account, not the date of purchase. The price valid at the time of travel applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damage caused by the guest in the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim compensation for damages caused by guests.
• Allowed: For children under 18 who are not considered adults, if they are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to have a parental consent form with them during the trip.
• Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry with them reports regarding health issues, pregnancy conditions, and regular medications.
• Allowed: Delays due to traffic, accidents, etc., may occur at departure times determined for pickup points.
• Allowed: The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Turlago is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off opposite the direction of the pickup stops at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle personnel for a different drop-off point.
• Allowed: According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts during the entire trip. Turlago is not responsible otherwise.
• Allowed: The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle, such as during breaks, lies with the guest.
• Allowed: Since the first day's tour starts before checking into the hotel, please prepare separately the items you need to carry with you.
• Allowed: Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
