If the consumer cancels the contract between 30 and 7 days before the service starts, they must pay 35% of the tour cost to the agency; if canceled less than 7 days in advance, they must pay the full amount. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations.
  • Allowed: For promotional/discounted products, the consumer does not have the right to cancel or change the purchased product.
  • Allowed: There is no right to cancel or change for tour programs in the Early Booking Discount, Promotional, and Airline Special Product categories.
  • Allowed: For special products, cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service result in a full refund of any amount paid by the consumer up to that point. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the start of the tour, they agree and undertake to pay 25% of the tour price; if 30-15 days before, 50% of the tour price; if 14-7 days before, 75% of the tour price; and if less than 7 days before, the full amount to the agency.
  • Allowed: If the consumer or their first-degree relatives have health issues that prevent their usual 10-day occupation coinciding with the tour period, documented by an official report from a fully equipped state hospital, or in the event of death, with proper documentation, the amount paid for the service will be refunded. In such cases, reports and documents must be submitted before the start of the service. If this situation occurs during the tour, the excuse must be submitted to the agency with documentation within at most 1 (one) day from the date the consumer leaves the tour.
  • Allowed: If the consumer does not notify in writing that they will join the service after missing the start, the agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours after the start date of the service. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
  • Allowed: The agency may partially or fully cancel the announced or booked tours before the service begins, provided it notifies the consumer when deemed necessary. Within the same period or during the service, the agency may change hotel names, transportation vehicles and their departure points, and the order of visits to places specified in the program. If the consumer does not accept these changes or cancellations for justifiable reasons, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a refund for unused services.

The agency is liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items that have been declared in writing with their value and received, up to a maximum of the tour's transportation cost.
  • Allowed: Visa procedures and services are NOT included in the purchased service. Clients who declare that they have a visa for the tour countries or who declare that they will personally follow up on visa procedures cannot terminate the contract on the grounds that visa procedures have not been completed; responsibility lies with the client. Furthermore, for guests who arrange visa procedures through the agency, if the relevant consulate rejects the visa or grants a visa shorter than the tour duration, responsibility rests with the client, and the agency bears no responsibility.
  • Allowed: The agency is not responsible for situations arising after the commencement of the contracted service due to force majeure, conditions resulting from the consumer, or personal liabilities of third parties. In circumstances within its responsibility, the agency may compensate the consumer for adverse changes via a refund or equivalent service in accordance with the provisions of the TÜRSAB Eastern Anatolia Regional Board (BTK) schedule, and may also remedy the situation by providing additional and/or alternative arrangements not included in the price but provided during the service. The consumer's acceptance and use of such additional or substitute services eliminates any right to a refund or compensation.
  • Allowed: The consumer agrees to comply with the rules communicated by the guide, facility, agency, transportation officials, and insurance company regarding the purchased service, and to respect the safety, property, and peace of third parties. Otherwise, the consumer acknowledges that the service may rightfully not be provided and that there is no right to a refund.

In such cases, the consumer has no right to any compensation.
