Tour Rules
- Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are Turlago's priority accommodation facilities. The region and hotels for accommodation may be subject to change due to density, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
- Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for places that are listed in the tour program but cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not follow the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest's right to claim does not arise.
- Allowed: In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable.
- Allowed: Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to participant numbers and current staff conditions. Extra tours conducted along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. For extra tours, guests who do not wish to participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. By agreeing to wait at the break point, guests who do not attend the extra tours are considered to have joined the tour.
- Allowed: If the tour does not reach sufficient participant numbers, the agency will inform the guest, and the tour may be postponed to a later date or canceled at the guest's request. Alternatively, the guest may be boarded at the nearest departure point to participate. In such a case, the agency is obliged to notify the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. No right to claim arises for the guest in this situation.
- Allowed: Our guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date without any deduction. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets.
